Aged Care Decisions is a national placement platform spanning residential aged care, home care and, under its Care Decisions brand, the NDIS sector. Founded in 2014 as Australia's first dedicated aged care review site, it launched its placement model in 2016 and remains the country's largest consumer review platform for residential aged care.
For most families the search for care follows a fall, a diagnosis or a crisis rather than a plan, and the decision carries real financial and emotional weight. Most face a complex, means-tested system without knowing a free placement service exists at all. Doing that work for them, nationally, every day, is the business.
