We back
the people
who build.
Fortitude Investment Partners is a partner to growing small-medium businesses across Australia and New Zealand. We provide capital, people and support, and we do it as partners, not operators.
Partnership over control.
A private equity investor is two things: a provider of capital and a business partner. That second part is where we spend our energy. Founders and shareholders carry a lot alone; we bring the people, the perspective and the support many wish they had always had.
We do not remove the magic that built the business, and we do not run it for you. We work with you to enhance the proposition, build the team and build the systems, to scale and protect the legacy.
Our values.
Trust
Relationships built to last, founded on integrity and doing what we say we will do.
Transparency
Open, straight conversations with team members and investors at every stage.
Resilience
Steady partners for the long term, there when the going gets tough, not only when it is easy.
Results-focused
Disciplined investment aimed squarely at enduring value and outcomes that matter.
A highly capable and
experienced team.
A senior, hands-on team.
