Nick Miller
Partner & Co-founder
Nick has 18 years of private equity experience. Before co-founding Fortitude he was a Director in Blue Sky's Private Equity division and at Sovereign Capital, a UK lower mid-market firm specialising in buy-and-build investments, with earlier roles in the principal investment arm of Babcock & Brown and advising on M&A at ABN AMRO, after beginning his career as a civil engineer.
He manages current Fortitude investee companies Active Adventures, ASF Audits, Richard Jay Group, Shorthand and The Energy Network (TEN). Nick was previously a director of exited Fortitude investments Digital Lifecycle Group, Foundation Early Learning, Machines4U, Readify and Shopper.
Nick has an MBA (Distinction) from London Business School and Engineering (First Class Honours) and Commerce degrees from the University of Queensland.
