- Industrial machinery sales remain under-penetrated online compared with other sectors. As the market moves to digital channels, each additional buyer and seller compounds the network effect.
- Partner with an experienced industry operating partner and executive team to expand into value-added transactional assistance, materially increasing the take rate.
- Expand into additional equipment categories and grow affiliated income such as media and partnerships.

- Extended the service offering to enhance the customer value proposition and increase revenue.
- Brought in high quality talent across the executive team, replacing the previous founders from whom we acquired the business: chief executive, chief revenue officer, chief financial officer, chief marketing officer and chair.
